We are unable to keep our stock levels online.

REFUND POLICY:

The correct receipt must accompany all refunds or exchanges.

• All returns and exchanges, provided all other conditions are met, must be made on or before 24th October, 2016 without exception, for year 12 resources purchased between 15th August, 2016 and 17th October, 2016

PREPAID BOOKS:

Refund policy the same as above for prepaid uncollected books. For customers who have not collected their prepaid books within a month after the start of school, you will be contacted again for collection and the books held until picked up. If you don’t collect your books within 3 months of the purchase date, and if we can return them to stock, we will leave a credit on your customer account for the sale price less a 20% administration fee. If we can’t return them to stock or to the publisher they will be donated to charity and no refund given. We urge you to collect your books as soon as possible.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR TEXTBOOK ORDER IS CORRECT PRIOR TO MARKING OR COVERING THEM.

Assuming all other conditions are met, to be returnable new textbooks must by UNMARKED, UNCOVERED, UNDAMAGED (i.e. no bent corners, folded pages etc.) and DIGITAL ACCESS CODES UNREGISTERED. If not, they will be treated as second-hand at our discretion.

If you book’s digital access eCode or CD is sealed with a sticker or concealed behind a scratch panel, unsealing the pocket or scratching the panel will render it secondhand. If you are returning a book with a visible, printed eCode, we will need to verify with the publisher that the code has not been registered. This can only be done between 9:30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday or for QLD publishers during Daylight Saving 10am – 5.30pm, Monday-Friday and not on inter-state public holidays.

RESERVING BOOKS:

You will be required to supply payment details when you place your order, which will be charged at our discretion. If you have books for sale, they will not be billed since the cost of your order may be able to be reduced with the proceeds of any books we accept. However, if books are not collected in a timely fashion, we may choose to take full payment to secure your order.

In the absence of credit card information, we are only able to reserve books for a period of 48 hours without payment after the completion of your order. If we do not hear from you and payment is not received, we will attempt to make contact to see if you still require the books. If we do not hear from you within another 48 hours, we will assume you no longer require the book/s, cancel them from you order, and reallocate the stock without further contact.

Please understand we cannot stockpile books on reserve for you. If you are going away or think you will be impeded in any other way from collecting your books in a timely manner, please provide us with that information.

ORDER DEADLINES:

We impose school order deadlines (as indicated on the home page of our website) to allow us enough time to supply your order in time for the start of school. If you have placed your order prior to the deadline, and we are unable to supply a particular published item or items, we will endeavour to fill your order with a minimum of inconvenience, and in as timely a manner as possible. Orders placed after the school deadline may incur additional shipping charges or necessitate multiple visits for collection should a book be unavailable in time for the start of school. We will always do our best to complete your order in a timely manner.
