How do I log in to my account?

If you have an existing web account with us, you’ll need to reset your password to log in to our new website. Please check your email for a reset link and follow the prompts.

If you only have an in-store account (never ordered online), you will need to create a new account on our website.

Have you received my online order?

You will receive an automated confirmation email once you have successfully placed your order online.

If you haven’t received an email from us and cannot see your order in your user account, it has not been submitted successfully. Please follow the prompts and continue to the end of the checkout process to complete your order.

If you are having difficulty placing your order, please contact us.

What are your stock levels like?

Stock is as shown on our website and is strictly limited. All stock is ready for quick dispatch from our warehouse in Alexandria, Sydney.

As we are preparing to cease trading, we will not restock.

Can I waitlist for second hand books?

It is no longer possible to waitlist for second hand books or place pre-orders, as we are preparing to cease trading, and thus will not restock. We therefore urge you to order our in stock books as soon as possible.

You don’t have all the books I need in stock. Where should I purchase my books?

Please purchase any books we do not have in stock from Campion Education. Campion Education is a family-owned business, and, as the largest supplier of education resources to secondary schools in Australia, is a trusted partner for thousands of parents each year.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost?

Sydney Metropolitan Region

* Free shipping for orders over $125.00.
Otherwise, our standard charge is $12.50 for up to 22kg, sent via Parcel Post eParcel.

Outside Sydney Metropolitan Region (within Australia)

Your order will be sent via Parcel Post eParcel. The postage charge will be calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the distance it has to travel.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Our usual shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, however these may alter due to public holidays and unforeseen circumstances. You can check the status of your order and track the progress of your delivery with Australia Post.

Can shipping my order be delayed if I’m away or on holidays?

Yes! If you have selected shipping and will be going away/on holidays, we can arrange for your parcel to be delivered at a later date. Just provide us with your away dates in the relevant section of the checkout process and we will arrange for your parcel to be delivered outside those period(s).

If you have already submitted your order and it has not been dispatched, please contact us with your away dates ASAP by replying to your confirmation email.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be delivered by Australia Post. Signature on delivery is available.

How will my order be packaged?

We very carefully package all our books for delivery to our customers, using recycled materials where possible, reusing the packaging sent to us from our suppliers. We use eco-friendly, corn-starch packaging beads and recycled paper in our boxes, and bubble wrap where necessary. Books sent in envelopes will be covered by a water resistant layer (e.g. cling film).

Why can’t I collect my order?

As we are preparing to cease trading, our warehouse is closed to the public and Click & Collect is no longer available.

As the back to school ordering process is complex and we are operating in a limited capacity, we’ve decided that it is best for all orders to be taken on our website (where stock levels are clearly visible).

This way our limited staff will be able to handle the workload during this very busy time of year and get orders out as quickly as possible.

New Books, Secondhand Books, and eBooks

What condition will second hand books be in?

You are now able to select your preferred second hand condition directly on our website. Second hand textbooks with conditions (e.g. notes, highlighting, or wear) are price-reduced accordingly. Please see our condition guide for more information.

Do your second hand books come with eBook access/digital content?

This will be specified in each product description – for instance, some second hand books come with unused eCodes, and for others you are able to bundle the textbook with a reactivation code that allows you to restore access to the eBook. Please see our condition guide for more information.

Why is the cover of my book different to the image on your website?

Publishers often reprint books in different sizes or with different covers, though the contents and edition remain the same. We always compare the different printings to check for any changes.

Please ensure that you purchase the edition (e.g. Penguin Modern Classics, Cambridge School Shakespeare, 2nd Edition) and translation prescribed by your school.

Will you purchase my secondhand books?

No, we are unable to purchase any secondhand books, as we will cease trading once our current stock has been sold.

If you are interested in selling your books, we recommend Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace and StudentVIP. To donate your books, we recommend contacting Lifeline.

What is a Reactivation Code?

A reactivation code is used to restore access to the digital component of a textbook. You will only need to purchase one if you select a second hand textbook with a used code that requires reactivation, and you require ebook access.

You will receive your reactivation code via email after purchase.

I have ordered an eCode/Digital Only Product. How do I access my eBook/Digital content?

If you have purchased an eCode/Digital Only product, your eCode will be sent to the email address that is used to log into your T’s Textbook account. It will likely be sent within 2 business days by our automated system (usually sooner). Activation instructions will be included in the email.

If you have not received an email with your eCode within 2 business days, please check your junk or spam folders. If you still cannot locate your eCode, please reply to your confirmation email or contact us.

Refunds, Exchanges and Purchases

I want to return or exchange an item.

As we are preparing to cease trading, we are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully, and see our Returns Policy for more information.

There is an issue with an order I have received.

Please contact us explaining your issue as soon as possible.

I have existing credit with T’s Textbooks. How do I redeem it?

I’ve made a mistake — can I change my order?

If your order has not been processed and dispatched, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate. We will not be able to modify your order if it has already left our warehouse.

Can I place a book/order on hold?

It is not possible to put a book or order on hold – all purchases are final. If you need to delay shipping, or have any questions about an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible.
