This website is operated by T's Textbooks Pty Ltd (ABN 11 748 268 289). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ts Textbooks. By using our website and/or services you, the user, agree to abide by and be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those available by hyperlink. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any of our services.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. They may change at any time and without notice, so please check them each time you use our website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

REFUND POLICY:

We do not offer an exchange or refund for change of mind for all orders made after 19/08/2022. For purchases made prior to this date, our previous returns policy applies, as per your invoice and/or receipt.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Otherwise we abide by all consumer guarantees as per Australian Consumer Law. In the rare event your item is faulty (e.g. misbound or has a misprint), please contact us as soon as possible. We may require photos of the issue or a return of the item to send to the publisher. In this case, proof of purchase is required. 

DELIVERY:

All orders will be sent through Australia Post. Signature on Delivery is available, or you can elect to have the parcel left in a safe spot if you are not at home. Find more information on our current shipping rates and times in our FAQs.

If you are unable to take delivery and your parcel is returned to sender, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee will be charged, based on the weight of the books.

We are not liable for any cost incurred if you have supplied us with the incorrect address or other incorrect delivery information.

BOOKS FOR SALE/SELLING USED BOOKS:

We are unable to purchase any secondhand books, as we will cease trading once our current stock has been sold.

For the avoidance of doubt, T’s Textbooks is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights on this site. All rights are reserved.

Our websites and services are provided to you on an as-is basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our website and to delete any data you provide without notice. We are not liable if for any reason the website is withdrawn or unavailable for any period of time.

The material on this site is provided for general information only and we are not liable if it is not accurate, complete, or current. Though we will endeavour to keep the material on this site as up to date as possible, it should not be relied upon without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS:

If you create a customer account, it is your responsibility to provide accurate registration details, and keep these and your customer information up to date. We are entitled to rely on any information you provide to us. Please keep your registration details confidential and secure.

You must provide a valid email address when you create a customer account. If you provide an email address to us, you acknowledge and agree that we will send emails to this address, including emails with important information regarding your order. If you supply a phone number, you may also receive a call from us regarding your order. Please see our privacy policy for more information. 

OTHER GENERAL TERMS:

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to cancel any order you place with us for any reason. In this case, we will contact you with further information. The stock product and/or cover images displayed on our website are for general reference only.
