This is a treat a rare vintage book of scifi horror thriller Alien a Movie Photo Graphic Novel from 1979 that contains over 1000 full colour still photos from the film and screenplay excerpts, first edition by Avon. The only edition. This is NOT a novelisation of the film, as are more common to find for sale. This book measures 8 1/2" x 11". Put together by Richard J Anobile, who created the frame blow-up technique of movies in oversized photo books like this one, selecting images from films (with studio collaboration) to create a re-viewing experience before there was home video, classics like Frankenstein, Psycho and Casablanca. And Alien, one of the best horror films ever made, directed by Ridley Scott.

Condition: Very good vintage paperback with very light wear only to the covers. No markings. Spine tight with a minor scrape on the bottom edge. (see photo)
